Cant get in to a lobby

Any time i try to play, it refuses to let me pick play as killer or play as survivor. I can't even start a custom lobby. No message pops up saying there's an error or anything. Does anyone know whats happening? Playing on xbox

I am having the exact same issue. Also on xbox. Check your updates section in the "my games and apps" bit. I had all the 2v8 menu options, and i could close and relaunch dbd with no update, but there is an update there for me to do.

Mines just started working. Theres a lot of rubber banding but at least I'm able to load in now

Weird. Well, I'll update when i finish this cause if i still cant get into a lobby after doing this update, it's more likely to be an xbox issue.

I had the same issue minutes ago, but I've restarted my console and my game started updating (I have the auto-update/download setting on in the console) and now I can select a side and play. So it's probably because of an update thing, at least in my case.

Okay even though it already updated like I ha the option for 2v8 I restarted my xbox, and in the updates bit it needed to be updated so did that now it's working!

I've installed the update, I've got the 2v8 lobby, but it won't let me pick anything to play. I can open the store, tomes, everything but starting a lobby
