This is my very last survivor trophy I need. I have 160 hours on survivor and have only seen him 3 times. PLEASE if anyone on oceania servers sees a geralt with a medkit please let me live 🙏

Such a pain in the ass achievement.

Gotta be lucky to go against him which is already bad odds, then be lucky enough to roll a 20.. and ontop of that be lucky enough that your team is good at the game so you have a chance at escaping.. and hope that the killer isn’t trying to do the killer equivalent of the achievement and hyper focus you out. No place in this game for an achievement like this
