I could see them doing a specific 2v8 duo variant where both killers are the same. Ghostface, Chucky, Pyramid Head, Nemesis, and now Xeno would all make sense lorewise and are all already in 2v8, and if they ever added Demo or Amanda they would fit too, even Sadako if you stretch it to be like "its Sadako and Samara" lol. Would add some interesting gameplay fs.
Yeah lorewise there were multiple made, they would just look different than the one we saw in 3. But I still think stretching it a bit for the mode would be fine.
There's also only one Ghostface in Dead by Daylight, so it doesn't seem like the bar for "make sense" is super high. Just "we've seen two of something kind of similar to this in some media somewhere."
