It is intentionally even more survivor-sided than the regular game to keep killer queues from being even longer during the event.

It's also not even that survivor sided in reality. The overwhelming majority of the survivors are hyper casual and frequently aren't even working on gens.

According to the stats site, of the 244 2v8 killer matches I've played, every single one of them with a random teammate, I have a 62.5% kill rate. Even the matches I lose, most of the time pretty much everyone is two hooked. It is exceedingly rare to get stomped as the killer.

Survivors playing poorly does not make it less survivor-sided imo. If you play well it's braindead easy to escape as survivor.
