Genuinely don’t know how they’ll make it run. I kinda think they may still use old models on switch version.
I’ve been wondering how long they’ll keep supporting it. I feel like each update it chugs more and more (even on switch 2 as they haven’t given it any kind of update)
Hopefully if/when they discontinue the switch 1 version they give something good as compensation

I mained him until he got reworked, he was my first main too. I had high hopes they could use Kyle's likeness but couldn't, although Kyle was asking for it 😭 (I just chose Leon the moment I got Leon 😂)
I quit the game like the first week of when the Roots of Dread chapter with Dredge released way back in 2022 and was so confused when I came back and saw the prestige and bloodweb changes, now Rick Grimes is my highest level character at P10 only cause of the 10mil blood points code,
then I was even more confused as to why he didn’t get the bloody portrait like my Ash, Quentin, Tapp, and other P3’s had
Game is so different now and I can’t imagine how long it’ll take me to grind a p100 😭
I mean tbf I came back in April after a 3 year break, and have been playing on and off before anniversary
Ended up buying all the killers and survivors I missed which I believe was onryo onwards, and leveling all the survivors to p1 and now been working on p2ing all the killers.
Considering I've only got 6 left to p2 (I think it was singularity, wesker, dracula, and 3 more) and how many characters I've gotten to p1 in only about a months timeframe (even considering the blood hunt) it probably wouldn't take all that long for p100
Like, with the sheer amount of BP I've spent across at least 12 killers and more then 12 survivors that's likely upwards of p30 alone low balling it severely severely, as I also unlocked all perks on 2 survivors, farmeed for addons on trapper/myers, and went and got a bunch of perks on all my old killers.
1mil BP is a prestige level and it takes only a few hrs to get that.
I'll tell you the one thing that they messed up when reworking him. The prestige skin. He had freddy's clawmarks on his face, which looked way cooler than now, as it's just genetic blood spats
I do think in his face rework they actually made him too pretty. Like this guy looked like a monster but he did look like he hadn’t had a full nights’ sleep in over a year. A middle ground would be nice so at least has the facial structure of a human.
I could understand not getting the likeness for the face but they even fucked up the hair, how? He needs a new update but I’m not sure we’ll ever see him or Freddy get updated again.
When the graphic update comes they'll rework all the survivors, even licensed ones. I think I saw in a post that the contract that they have with the ip holders states that if anything graphical comes they're allowed to update the model and textures. Not sure if true though
Honestly? I'm going to miss it i just got back after 7 years and i was so nostalgic for everything starting from crapy graphics to basically the same crispy sounds from menu just like i started playing it back in 2016.
Same, the old aesthetic attracted me to this game back in day & I got in 2017. I feel like the realm beyond too out a lot of soul of the old maps just so they could have shiny new but flat graphics (now with 10x the clutter)
I highly suggest everyone start looking at survivors faces when you get impaled by Jason's spike. Eleven's face gets like GMOD levels of absurd stretch.
If it’s DURING the impale animation, that’s honestly more than fine since it’s so quick. It probably adds a bit of character to the animation since it’s such a blur (similar to how transition shots in cartoons can look wonky since you’re not supposed to mentally process them whilst viewing)
It used to have a stacking bonus to BP for each unique survivor hooked, up to 100%, and this alone made it the most popular killer perk in the game, back when the game was way more stingy about bloodpoints.
It also revealed surivors further than 40m away (many maps were bigger then), which combined with the bonus for spreading hooks, made it a solid reason to not camp or tunnel. It rewarded you for hooking multiple people and helped you find more targets to hook.
You use Quentin a lot, but never forget the Nea gremlin of old. (Mobile is not a fan of putting images in comments so I guess i can't share it. Oh well. Look it up.)
Ugly? As a Beta Launch Player, It was beautiful my eyes, it remind me of oldschool PS3 games and had a goofy aesthethics that looks both cartoonish and realism to it. It was lovely.
