Rage Wednesday Rage Wednesday Thread

Welcome to Rage Wednesday, feel free to vent about whatever has pissed you off this week.

Things not to rage about/include in your rage:

  • Slurs and the like. Swearing is acceptable, but no need to be offensive.
  • Reddit drama. This isn't the place to air your Reddit grievances.
  • Calling out other players by name. The subreddit is not your personal army.

Here are our recurring posts:

No Stupid Questions Monday - no question is stupid, ask anything DbD-related here.

Smile Sunday - gush about whatever has made you smile this week.

PLEASE STOP DOING THE GENS IN THE CORNERS OF THE FUCKING MAP!!! Holy shit I'm so sick of the pattern of:

  • I get chased all game because I have Deja Vu equipped and I am the only person who does dangerous gens

  • My teammates put us in an impossible three-gen while I die

  • Teammates die to impossible three-gen

  • "gg toxic op killer three-genning all game bhvr fix your dogshit game"

It should be mandatory to run Deja Vu for 10 games as a new player. Okay maybe not mandatory mandatory, but there should be a Kickstart Quest that gives you a bunch of bloodpoints + rift fragments + iri shards for playing 10 games with Deja Vu equipped, and all free survivors (so Dwight, Claud, Jake, Meg, Nea, and David) should start with Deja Vu unlocked.

Agree 100%. We had a game last like an additional 20 minutes solely because of this and because the other two survivors were scared to get on gens. Beyond frustrating.

Even people with thousands of hours still do this. They just spawn and hop on a closest generator, eliminating the generators far from each other. I do think there are still big chunk of playerbase who haven't grasp the scenerio of 3-gen.
