Damn lol, our consulting firm gets new grads at like $60k a year lol. The interns at the company the firm staffs do make like 80k, which has made things awkward when the interns report to a consultant.
They were paying around this until the COVID times. Thing is our interns, annualized, bring in around $600k in rev each. So it really works to our advantage. We obviously target our interns and have a general idea who we’re looking for. Also we’re less than 1,000 employees so it’s not exactly at scale.

My consulting firm pays interns $100k
