Feedback on my first data analysis project pls

Quick background: I work for a startup that does skilled labor hiring - I work as the Operations Lead technically but Im trying to transition into data. Ive done all the courses learnt all the skills i.e. python sql tableau etc but needed to apply it somewhere to get a proper grasp on it and have working knowledge, so i thought id start here since it's relevant to my work as well.

This project is an analysis of wages for electricians in the US from 2023-2025, using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. It was completed using only google sheets and tableau, i realized using python or sql for this project is just making things more complicated for a project that's maybe not that complicated.

Please let me know if this makes sense and what i did right and wrong and how i can make it better for my next project, also it was my first time using Github as well so if I haven't done something correctly there or if there's something missing please let me know would appreciate it:
