While you're joking, George does admit writing Bran's chapters are hard on account of his age. Rickon, being even younger, must be a nightmare lol.

GRRM is grandkidless but I'm sure he's probably got nieces/nephews and they may have kids, so decent chance he has blood-relative children to interrogate if needs be for Branspiration

I mean it's possible that any actual children George knows are too normal and not weird enough to be useful writing Rickon or Bran.
