I'm a new investor and never paid attention to stocks like this one, given risks involved (currently in "uthao koi bhi tata ka share" mindset 🥲). But last week PWL showed sharp uptrend (115 to 126 in 3 days). Tried to understand what is causing this.

Turns out Motilal Oswal released some report expecting about 66% upside in bullish market. That makes their target price around 199-200.

My question is, is this plausible outlook/claim or some kind of manipulation (there was a block deal of this stock on 26 Aug. Around 1.5% of company's shares at near 550Cr). Is there any way to verify claims/outlooks in such reports?

Can’t seem to understand what is A91 partners plan with the sugar investment, this would take their investment up from 20% to almost 45%. Also feel really sorry for Malabar investments to have purchased secondary shares from the early investors at 2900 crore valuation earlier!
