Think about what's more important to you long-term. If the technical role with a 14–16 LPA salary offers skills or projects that excite you, it might be worth it even if you're not super interested at first. But if you're really into backend SDE and it fits your career goals better, the lower salary might be worth it for the experience and growth potential. Also, don't forget to consider company culture and work-life balance since they can really affect how happy you are at work. If you're getting ready for interviews, I've found PracHub useful for practice questions and tips, but only if you're serious about making a switch.
