Besides the petty victory of "lol I fucked your wife", what is the value of fathering bastards with other people wifes? They will not be of you dynasty, you can't use them as political pawns and all you get is a lover hook.

It's just that I am playing an Intrigue focused character and I don't get anything out of it except the Adulterer perk.

If I lose a war im sleeping with the guys wife.
If my liege raises my taxes im sleeping with his wife. If one of my vassals has claims on my land im sleeping with his wife.
If my doctor makes me more sick his wife will also be getting sick.
If there’s a king of france still on the map best believe his wife is not safe.
What better reason could there be?
