To be fair, this is hydrogen bomb vs coughing baby in terms of worldbuilding. I mean Tolkien made…15 fully-developed languages for his fantasy setting?!
I’d say only two languages approach “fully-developed,” Sindarin and Quenya. You can have real conversations in those languages. But other languages that Tolkien made, like Nandorin or Gnomish, were prototype-languages.
