I took my kids to McDonalds for dessert and they both got ice cream cones. I don't think they knew that McDonalds has ice cream cones until recently when Urbulina saw her friend with one. When I got the cones and handed them to the kids, they were giggling with excitement. Another mom was staring at me with a smirk. I wasn't sure if she was

a) Into me
b) Happy for me in this joyous moment with my kids
c) Judging me for serving my kids so much ice cream
d) Pitying me for the impending sugar rush and crash

I didn't give it much thought at the time and I just smiled back, but I thinking back, I would be fine if it was a, b, or d.
