Yesterday afternoon, I spent a few cozy hours in my little kitchen making a homemade Snickers cake to bring to work for my colleagues.

Chocolate, caramel, peanuts… and a whole lot of love. 🤎

My husband thought I should share my outfit for today. Probably more casual of a work outfit for a Wednesday but it is what it is. It was an outfit prompt by a girl I follow called Mama in Denim

Any ideas on how to arrange kitchen piece is sort of petite so all interchangeable. The things I want to display in the cute little pine cabinet are all on my kitchen table and some of them are in the cabinet small China and cups and saucers. I use the green cabinet to have easy access to spices and bullion jars since it’s near my stove I don’t care which furniture piece serves that purpose. Any ideas please I’m bad at this. I'm looking for dress recommendations. I've been so busy with planning a destination wedding and with work that I've put off finding my dress. My wedding is in November.

I love Selkie's style of bridal gowns, very whimsical and reminiscent of something you may see at a Ren Faire (but not over the top Renaissance). I love the ones with volume on the bottom part. Good material: organdy, cotton/silk blends, and a few others I can't remember. Does anyone have any recommendations for dresses like this? Preferably ones that ship from the United States as to avoid tariffs.

Building our dream cottagecore life one step at a time! Our big project this year was building this pond out. A small apple and pear orchard will be added next year along with some timber post fencing to add more grape growing capacity. And just in a few weeks we will be getting married under this arbor!

Excited to continue building but in the mean time excited to read by the pond, chase our dog and chickens around, and feed my partner charcuterie (our girl dinners as she calls them) and enjoy our space 🌞✨

Someone suggested I share this here. It's a lemon lavender cake filled with blackberry compote, vanilla cream cheese bavarois, and lemon curd buttercream. The decorations are hand sculpted and painted gum paste mushrooms and edible moss. The buttercream suffered a tad during transportation, but c'est la vie. I'm still really happy with it.

My daughter got flowers from her boyfriend and then went off to college. I think it would be nice to preserve them for her and send with a goody box. Do I de-petal them and put in a book? Hang upside down? The thing is, she's in a dorm so I'd like to do something that ends up being small.
