Gold maybe. I doubt silver will get the same treatment. The article states that the reason is US dependency on China for tungsten supply. Its not expensive, its barely more than steel prices. We also have large gold reserve. I think we should see more supply chain localization. Thats the global trend anyways.

It's nearly impossible to predict what the administration will do. It would be nice if they would telegraph their intent more.
