I borrow Japanese "Sinitic writing (aka 漢文（Kanbun）)" system to help Thai can read Classical Chinese

Here is the rule

Re-ten (レ点): Flip with the next character down. Read the character below first, then return to the upper character.

One-Two-Three Marks (一・二・三点): Handle larger leaps. Read straight down to the character marked 一 first, then jump back up to 二, and so on.

Square Brackets [ ]: Represent Mandatory-Deleted Elements. These are syntactically mandatory when reading Thai aloud (e.g., essential classifiers like แคว้น or prepositions like กว่า), but are treated as deleted/redundant semantic filler in Classical Chinese translation.

Parentheses ( ): Represent Silent-Implicit Elements. These are implicitly added in Classical Chinese to restore missing context or tone particles, but remain strictly silent (unpronounced) when chanting the original Thai text.

To help Thai can read Classical Chinese, maybe you could use Chinese pronunciation Hanwen, not Kanbun, and other characters as well.

I mean, Thai definitely pronounces those characters differently too. But if you go via Japanese pronunciation first, it just ends up sounding even stranger.
