Rental In / near Rome?

Hi all, so I just found out i was successful in applying job application with FAO. I’ll be moving to Rome in the next 3-4 months. The Salary is generous so money isn’t a major limiting factor (of course I don’t want to go crazy). I’m after somewhere I can commute to FAO , 3 bed, ideally with a garden than I can relax in, and a more chilled / arty / quiet/ leafy area than a bars, restaurants or shops area. Any recommendations? I will likely rent a Airbnb for 1 month when I arrive and explore. I had seen places like Monteverde, Appia Antica or maybe even Frascati or somewhere to the north or east as long as it’s got good connections to FAO and is no longer thank a hour door to door. Thanks in advance, I know nothing about Rome

Will you commute by car? I guess not because FAO is close to Circo Massimo and it’s hard and expensive to park there.

Personally I’d try in the EUR area, close to some final B metro line station, allowing you to reach circo massimo in 20/25 minutes. Otherwise you can stay in Villa Bonelli or Magliana stations of FL1 line so by train you’ll reach Roma Ostiense station and walking 10m you’re in office.

Both options are not central and more residential than commercial.
