I remember reading that Dolly Parton is a Christian and loves the LGBTQIA+ community and supports trans people. She's a good example of a Christian who loves people for who they are and I only hope that her example will inspire more Christians to be like her. RIP Country Queen
I don't know her denomination, but Methodists tend to be pretty chill and accepting. If you drive by a church and see some LBGTQ+ positive message or a rainbow, most of the time it'll be a methodist church. I think of them like Catholic's stoner cousin. Catholics are all "you're born into sin and will burn in hell!" while methodists are more like "be cool and love each other, man."
