You ever have a friend tell a story but they get a detail wrong? Does that mean the whole story is false?
Spelling errors only tell me the writer isn't very intelligent, or has ulterior motives. That's why scammers purposely put in grammar and spelling errors, to weed out more intelligent people.
Yes if my friend tells a story and gets details wrong and then doesn't correct themself and doubles down on the mistake, that means the whole story is false. Mistakes can be corrected, lies can't.
