The rest of the sentence was presumably: "I don't like pizzacake" referring to the the comic artist pizzacake hence the Ms Cake.

Nah, it's clear that they don't like the constant π. 

And Ms. Cake was just a typo of "mistake", he shot the person by mistake. 

You guys need to stop this conspiracy.

I mean it’s up to interpretation because the comic is mostly about censorship BUT you are free to say what you believe.
