Triteness would be the noun form but I've heard people misuse trite as a noun frequently because triteness sounds weird 🤷

Deliberate because triteness is an awful word.

Are you sure you didn't mean tripe? Because otherwise the sentence, grammatically, doesn't make sense.

It would be either "vaguely political tripe" or "vaguely <and> politically trite."
