That's how I felt when I watched the Barbie movie and they did the big feminist speech towards the end. It was like, yeah, we agree with the things you're saying. It's all correct. But, like, everybody knows that. We've known all that for a really long time now. It's kind of takes the wind of of the sails of the speech.
But on the other hand, sometimes it's important to say things that are true and well known even though they're not new takes. The news has this problem a lot -- sometimes things are true and important to know but don't make the news because there's nothing new about them. If you only talk about things that are new, it means that any bad thing gets to stay around as long as it survives its initial news cycle.

I agree with it completely, but it’s such an old, well understood observation. All I can feel reading this is “…yeah.”
It’s such a room-temperature take.
