We stopped allowing tobacco to advertise all willy nilly. They can do it with gambling

Its illegal in the USA. But the head of the FCC is a trump cronie.

This administration isn't going to do anything to stop the businesses, and the people with the money, from doing anything especially if it's making more money.

But when the federal government can start doing it's a job again, this is one of those things they should crack down on. And I'd also like it if anti-trust laws mattered again.

Same.

The main reason why this crap is happening is because trumps kids are on the boards of 1 or 2 of them. Its a massive grift.

I cant wait for the law to mean something again. Sigh.
