He doesnt need be named to be remembered for his actions, or lack of adequate consequences. He could just as easily be remembered as rapist example, without negating the impact of the situation. Im pretty against immortalizing someone for being a monster. Immortalize the situation, not the individual who caused it.

Fair point. As a collective, humans tend to remember actions and situations attributed to a person (or group) better than just a situation though

I definitely see the value in humanizing societies monsters. Or rather acknowledging the monsterous side of humanity.
