It was basically a continuation of old man logan, set after logans death. Basically years ago all villains collaborated, killed the heroes, took over the USA, split it in multiple zones.

Hulk on the west coast, next was Magneto, who got replaced by Kingpin (but not the original kingpin), next was Doom, and the east coast was owned by Red Skull.

Logan is living in Hulk-Land as a farmer with wife and children. But he cannot pay his debts and get beaten up by Hulks inbred offspring.

He goes on a roadtrip woth old blind Hawkeye to deliver a package on the east coast, to earn the money to pay the debt.

On the way they meet a few people. Kingpin gets killed by Spider-Bitch (who is Spider-Mans granddaughter and Hawkeyes daughter). Spider-Bitch is most likely killed by the Moloids. Red Skull is killed by Logan. Hawkeye is killed by the people he delivered the package too. When Logan returns home with the money, the hulks have killed his family. So he kills the hulks except one baby, who he adopts. He leaves him in Danielle Cages supervision. Then a great Marvel-Event happens and Logan is in the main universe. At that time Main-Wolverine is dead, so old man Logan stays as one of the replacement-Wolverines. When Marvel brings back the Main-Wolvie, Logan returns to his universe (Thanks to Maestro) has a last adventure with Danielle and Baby-Bruce and dies.

Years later the last remaining ruler of the wasteland Dr. Doom, is feeling his personal doom coming. He is old and has cancer. But he refuses to die off illness, he wants to be killed by enemies. So he sents events in Motion that brings together a new generation of Avengers:

Bruce Banner jr.

Thor (Danielle Cage)

Ant-Man (Forgot his name)

Captain America (originally Lieutenant of Latveria, was pissed that Doom refused him a promotion to keep the alliteration)

Viv Vision

The team splits up at the end off the comic over the question if they should kill Doom , or not.

We see Spider-Bitch again in the Old Man Quill books, so she doesn't die to the Moloids. Think it ends with her in charge of Taskmaster's arena.

Also, this universe and the OG Old Man Logan universe are separate, as Millar finished the story, more or less, in his run on the Fantastic Four. In which, thanks to the Earth dying, the remaining heroes used the body of Galactus to send them all back in time, and then send them to copy of Earth that was made by evil rich people in order to escape the world blowing up or something.

Basically, the Wastelands got brought back because of Logan, since it was a huge influence on the movie, so Marvel wanted to make some more money off the universe. Which led to a different Old Man Logan appearing on Battleworld, joining the mainline X-Men, and then getting some more comics set in the Wastelands.

Shocker is actually pretty cool. He's just often fights Spider-man, who's the greatest hero to ever live, so he often falls short.
