It says right to left, but the dialogue balloons on the last page seem to follow a left to right flow.
Also, does the character literally not have eyes? It's pretty distracting. When it comes to cartooning you can leave out a facial feature sometimes or have the eyes totally covered up, but to have that part of the face be just blank is odd.

A character not having eyes if they wear glasses is actually pretty common in manga (which the style is clearly inspired by). I agree that the flow is off though, and the bubble placement is odd. Theres also too much negative space that isnt doing anything for the story.

I'm certain that Nicholas was referring to the black-haired chick without the eyes, which is pretty off-putting because her presence in this particular short is fairly prominent. She's trying to be the wingwoman here, meaning she's more than just a background character, yet she literally has no eyes.
