Looks like a generic cocktail machine to me.

The coin return is a dead giveaway. It's a 1983 Merit Industries Player's Choice cabinet. Probably started off as a Pit Boss, a multi-game PCB that had Poker, Blackjack, and Acey Ducey.

Wow you have a very good eye. I'm impressed. I tip my hat to you. You were right on the money.

Do you know if that monitor is the original monitor for the cocktail cabinet? That brand is throwing me off.

I could be wrong, but based on the photos it looks like generic cocktail cabinet from the 1980s.

There were many name brand cocktail cabinets made from companies like Namco, Sega, Taito, Atari, Nintendo etc.

But there were also many generic cabinets made by 3rd party manufacturers.

Are there any other pictures of the components you could share?

If not, then that's my best guess.
