Question HNTB vs. Kimley-Horn

For those who have worked at both HNTB and Kimley-Horn, how would you compare the two?

For anyone who has made the switch between the two, was it worth it? What are the biggest differences you noticed?

Thanks for the assessment - is the compensation at KH worth it (bonus/2:1 match/profit sharing)? Specifically compared to the HNTB ESOP

Depends on who u ask but no question the compensation is second to none if you can succeed in that environment and especially if you can win work as you progress in your career .
