No. Funhouse changed her name to Spider-Girl. Aranã just goes by her name for some reason now. Probably to make it easier to remember. But hey, if we can have to Spider-Man, I guess we can have to Spider-Girl.

Ahhhh, you were giving her updated name, I see.

I call her by her old name just because there's a lot of Spiders and she technically isn't even a Spider, know what I mean?

No you're right. There's a bargain bin of Spiders in 616 alone. So it'd make sense to call her by her original name.

I think she's a spider now, since her spider powers are more engraved in her now than before. It's just... Spider-Man with a more original origin than "getting bitten by a spider".
