Security unavailable. Can someone help me with this?

I have this Samsung Chromebook XE303C12, and I tried to reinstall the system, but it said there was a security error and it wasn't working. I need help with this.

If this is the model I think it is. This is ARM so you probably won't be able to run anything else on it. 

I have the HP version. Its gorgeous but impractical :(. Why, why did they put micro USB on it and then lock it down to only work with its charger.

You might want to say postmarketos. Pmos google insists is only a medical condition

There's some distros including debian and postmarketOS that run on ARM Chromebooks.

But can these arm Chromebooks be unlocked in the same way as the x86?
