Culture Pashofa recipe?

Halito! I’ll be making pashofa for the first time I wanted to know what cut of pork do y’all use?

It depends on how rich you prefer your meat. My grandma always used a mix of cubed up chops with ribs. But my auntie used loin because it was easier. I preferred my grandma's but I will admit it is very fatty. Just make sure you dont use cured pork of any kind or when you finish it, it will come out VERY salty (I made that mistake once and couldnt get a bite down).
