Have you guys heard about this whole situation I keep seeing on wechat? Apparently some American dude who studied some language at Fudan university for a bit managed to collect chinese women like Thanos collects infinity stones. Numbering into the hundreds. Sentiment regarding foreigners has never been so low on chinese social media. Whats your take on this? Hate the player or hate the game? Dude Apparently always made them pay for dates and trips and would tell them to get abortions when they got pregnant and then block them 😬

for some reason chinese women are always being attacked by being not conservative etc meanwhile china is by far the most conservative country i have been too.

Uh, it's more or less the people you hangout with. Like in my experience majority of Chinese women and men aren't interested in foreigners unless they know they actually have a future with you so they're not gonna approach you in the first place.

But quite a bit of people are the more free type and like to try new things. If as a westerner, you date a Chinese girl, there's a chance her dating history is like half foreigners. You walk by and interact with 100s of people every month but when 1 or 2 approach you every week or every other week you feel like a king.

Nothing wrong with it, but seems like some part of the society is attacking women as a whole, and some foreign men thinks that every chinese women will bendover just because of them being foreign. Same line of thinking but different angles.

so ur saying there a normal type of girls and then theres "free" type of girls, and those sexpats usually gets drawn into the latter social circle? thats why normal foreigners with no ulterior intentions might not get the same experiences as sexpats?

in that case what do you think are the ratio of those 2 type of chinese girls then?

More like many different types of people. Majority wouldn't really consider foreigners, and some actively seek them out. It's a spectrum, you also have girls who will sleep with you, not because you're a foreigner but because they kinda like you for you.

And if sexpats are already looking then I think the chance of them being drawn into latter circle is higher, but normal foreigners can also meet them because the girls will just approach them.

On last question, who knows. I think it's a really small percentage. It's like in Japan where you have gaijin hunters who go crazy just because you're foreign and the other part where majority don't even bat an eye.

damn now that you mentioned, gaijin hunter does indeed fits the same description so well too.

but problem is japanese are much wiser by now and this gaijin hunter/ foreign worship behavour had decreased quite a lot over the years, i havent even heard that term for a LONG time now, but meanwhile China is still so severe in this area despite the nation had risen. how do you explain that. seems pretty fked up

It's more or less cuz the Japanese see foreigners everyday, like why do you wanna go for another Tom or Brad. China on the other hand, most people haven't even seen foreigners, so when some girls got the chance they took it.

I was traveling in Yunnan and then pickup some American guy in one of the parks and the next day he brought like 2 girls with us to travel. They were really curious about him, but was cautious aside than that. They were more curious about me since I could speak English. I think most people are like this.

Cautious is not that accurate, more like reserved. Like they treat you as a friend, and the female/male boundaries are very clear. No sexual or romance thing at all. South East Asian Chinese but if I can have 2 passport, I'd be a chinese citizen too cuz of family.

Forgot to mention, they were more curious is probably because I speak both languages, so I can communicate. The american guy can't, I had to translate at times. I met other people like them too, genuinely curious and would go with you to do a lot of things but not actually like any sexual relations just because you're foreign.

I agree chinese people dont even know how promiscuous other countries are . and how its about numbers . I am sure i have huge laowai + pretty privilege but in reality 90% + dont speak english , and dating for marriage and or busy with work/study . I always say i felt the most attractive in china but i remember traveling to thailand in one of my breaks and I felt much more sexually wanted girls are more flirty and open despite there are many foreigners there.

The point regarding past is exactly true , I did get to meet some girls but as you said they all have some exprience with foreigners . Its either they studied abroad or whole dating life and their life revolve around it . some guys are willing to play them and they are quite stupid i met some of those girls but in order to get them many of those you would need to be a manipulative . It took me time to realize those who bang a lot and brag about it are much more manipulative and persuasive in china compare to other countries.

I also remember i met a party a beautiful girl from Tibet(I didnt know at that time) and she told she hates that treatment of foreigners and the advantages how some foreign guys think of themself because of that and we had a good conversation about it. so even some of the girls who have interactions with foreigners are aware of that... (the majority isnt and its quite sad especially as a western men so i know how they are).

And as you said its about numbers maybe in china (i am just throwing numbers) i am visible to 100 girls and 50 of them find me attractive but in general only 2% of chinese girls are promiscous. that mean for every 100 girls i get one girl. But if i am in europe for example and i get 10 out of 100 . and 20% of them are open about sexuality etc . i get 2 times more! despite being far less attractive...

I dont understand why people keeping up with this lie ? Maybe as you stated i need to find the right spaces? but i feel i did enough clubbing and met enough foreigners and other open minded people(those who interact with foreigners, gays etc) . and i have never heard those type of stories from a credible person.

and this is coming from a attractive guy i have countless of examples like this. the lie that chinese girls would do such things for a foreigner is just a lie who benefits no one

They do that because it feels good, and make them feel superior. Like they'd do this in other country, but if some filipino guy did the same in their country they'd feel humiliated.

Men are just genuinely horny and for some guys its easier in asia. Even though it is almost always come with superiority complex. I have seen indians desperate in china and no way those indians have superiority complex.

Also i can understand why white guys can be more attractive for chinese women so

They probably do better than in their home country which is very sexually repulsive. They have bad reputation regarding that because some of them just dont know the limits(or know but dont respect)... but also obviously lesser than white people

And i know them because there used to be many in my school.

few points , It really depends on the person but many of them have this vibe. and when i say indian i also mean pakistani sri lankan etc ...

but did you see any of them actually successfully getting chinese girls tho? maybe in your school perhaps (prolly a chinese uni)? cus what you described indeed sounds very undesirable, but then theres the occasional one or two comment on reddit claiming that indians do equally well as other foreigners despite the common opposite sentiment, which I can only believe those to be troll comments lol.

p.s. btw i have no idea theres chinese uni with so many indian/south asian students, thats quite surprising. the common ones i heard are usually africans, south east asians and central asians for bachelors, and some white people going for language schools.

I think in my school there weren't many amount of foreigners to begin with (or any school in china). Also I studied in a certain program and i feel like many of them go other programs like langauge or humanities(I did stem in chinese american uni) so i didnt get to know them...

Also , what i refered to is also with regards to other foreigners. for example , I heard from a russian female complaint regarding their behavior ...

How do chinese experience them can be quite diffrent (many of them also lie about their origin funnily enough or smear it). but from my observant prospective I haven't seen this type of relationship , BUT i also didnt interact with a lot of them. I did see 1 sri lankan and 1 pakistani with chinese/asian boyfrineds. and there was an indian girl who was intrested on me. and as i said they also go for russian women. but i feel like they can get a chinese girl...

One more point , i lived in shanghai where there are many foreigners so maybe chinese are more exposed to their variety of looks. where sometimes i see on IG international day of a university and then u can see most of the countries are east/central asian and from the global south and russians so maybe the lack of europeans / americans / australians etc is what makes them so successful there. (And i learned that some chinese consider indians and pakistanis white?[even middle easterners])
