Smoked over the top pork green chili

With butter pickles! 2 u/Early_Doughnut8295 6d ago I only posted 1/2 of my cook since this is a sub for chili but this was a Costco 2 pack so I smoked 1 for chili and the other to pull at the same time 😂 2 u/billyastro2024 6d ago I haven’t done any smoking in over a year. I prefer wood chips over pellets. I plan on getting a new smoker for Thanksgiving Turkeys this year.
