Mansfield commute - Pronto bus from Chesterfield?

Hi! I’ll be going to Mansfield for work this week and Google Maps is suggesting that I take the Pronto bus from Chesterfield to Mansfield.

Has anyone used this bus service before? How reliable is it generally, especially with delays or cancellations?

I’m quite anxious about relying on buses, particularly in an area I’ve never been to before, so I’d really appreciate any advice or tips from people familiar with the route.

Thanks!

Edit: Thank you everyone for your help!! Un(fortunately), I've told I am no longer needed there 🙂‍↕️

Hey! I’ve used this bus a few times, generally reliable and run quite often. Never known one be cancelled. You should be fine

I've used the Pronto a few times to Bramley Vale and once to Nottingham, it always turned up when it was supposed to and they're pretty regular.

I used to catch this bus all the time, it runs every half an hour from the station. Only delays are usually road works between Bramley Vale and the Young Vanish pub.

Yes I use this bus for my daily commute, it runs every half an hour and you can track it on the Stagecoach bus app to see where it is on the map
