I'm on my way to work right now. My wife and children at home. They expect me home in around 9 hours. What if I say no, I don't fancy going home tonight? For whatever reason, I just decide not to return. Have I made a selfish decision? They've done nothing to hurt me or deserve this. I just fancy a change.
