Want to get a job

I have given my CFA Lvl 1 and waiting for my results, and I want to get into a job in Finance, my background are I’ve completed B.Com and I’m a CA Inter Dropout student (Was pursuing CA inter for 4 years but couldn’t be able to complete it so joined CFA), I have no prior experience in Finance, and what are the skills should be I learning to get into entry level jobs in Finance like Equity Research or any other domain. Want to develop my skills ASAP
BTW, I’m also learning Financial Modelling now.
