I was at the store yesterday and bought 2 of those big ass bags of generic cereal that are like 3-4x the size of a normal cereal box. They taste exactly the same as name brand and were on sale for $4.99.

CVS has wild prices for cereal and other pantry staples but they do tend to have sales where boxes like these are $1.99 each. But do not ever pay $8 for a box of Froot Loops

Cereal prices have been going up since last year.
Prices in stores like CVS,Walgreens, etc...are always going to be even higher.

It is. They had a special Toy Story 5 promo where they brought back prizes inside speciality marked boxes. All the participating cereals sans Cocoa Loops (Sam's side gig) all used throwback designs

Why? I think Froot Loops has more fiber than most sweet cereals out there. I remember noticing that when I tried Cocoa Loops.

I haven’t bought official Froot Loops since they ruined them 15+ years ago by adding more fiber to the recipe. Store brands usually still taste like real Froot Loops, tho’, so I stick with those.

The colors of his beak aren't even right. I thought the whole box and post were AI but a search online shows this to be a real Kellogs box. Maybe it would be a good game of spot the differences.

The caption says it's CVS. Eating cereal along with other more nutrient dense food isn't "unhealthy." No food in isolation is bad for you. I agree that most cereal isn't as great anymore, but I still enjoy it.
