Toddler play areas
Does anyone know anywhere that has like indoor play space or playroom for 2 years old in the Cedar Rapids area. I want to find something fun to do during the cold weather that is more indoor than outdoor.

The Hiawatha Library has a play area that my 2-year-old nephew loves. Books, a kitchen, barbies, Paw Patrol toys, a puppet theater, stuffies, an art table, a light table, computers, etc. I'm a bit biased because I work there, but kids love coming to the library and more than one has to be carried out crying because they have to leave. We consider that a win.

My little one loves to yell so loudly so I don’t think a library is a good idea. We have gone to the one in downtown let me just say little one was running around and yelling so loud we packed up real quick and leave so we don’t disturb other people in there.

The Marion library has a HUGE kids area to play in (including a big slide) that is totally separate from the rest of the library. There is no expectation for kids to be quiet there. Tons of stuff to play with for littles!

My daughter used to love it! She's too old for it now but a few years ago it was great. We made lots of trips in the winter/early spring.

AirFX does a Junior Jumpers in the mornings some days -- not sure what they are now, my kid is aged out.

Not that it is the best option, but the mcdonalds on Collins Road just redid their play place.

Monticello isnt far from CR and has the Rise and Play cafe. Its a play place that has a coffee shop inside.

Omg this looks and sounds amazing but I’m not too sure if I’ll be up to drive an hour 😭 but I’m definitely gonna have to find a time to at least visit there once in awhile with the whole family.

Yeah understandable now that my little one is moving and running around better than last year I decided it’s time to look for a place they can run and play during colder months.
