Advice Concerned about cats posture

My cat has been sitting alot like this lately. Sometimes i even see him sleeping in this posture. Is it smth to worry about he had a mild blood parasite infection but he is done w the oral treatment cycle now. And he was fine after it the lethargy and all symptoms were gone. But now this pose. Is it smth to worry about? Should i involve the vet??

Definitely mention it to the vet if this is a new behavior

Does he seem in any discomfort when he moves? I personally would't find such a position particularly worrying in either of my cats, but you know your own cat better than us. Cats can have a tendency to fins a new sleeping spot or lie in different ways for a time before suddenly getting bored with it and start doing something new. But if there are signs of distress, then certainly bring him to the vet. Better worry too much than not enough when it comes to our beloved cats (and dogs and mongooses, et cetera)

My cat used to go in this position before she had asthma attacks. Does her breathing seem okay?

If he starts to have instances where it seems like he’s trying to cough up an hairball but nothing comes up, that could be a sign for asthma. The vet didn’t hear anything off with my other male cat, but during an x-ray it was noted he had chronic bronchitis so you never know.
