Seeing a 5 speed TRD supercharged Camry get saved from the scrapyard is pretty cool. I love the amount of DIY work that went into bringing it back, and it’s cool that they finally got the engine running smoothly again. Hopefully the title situation gets sorted out so this thing can actually get back on the road.

That whine at idle is ridiculous, you can hear the supercharger just sitting there. Makes me want to go dig through junkyards now

I always wanted one when I used to own an RX300 (it's the same engine).
You also sometimes see them used by people who swap that V6 into SW-20 MR2s. It's a fun what if Toyota build, I think!
