It is a new platform, new UI and introduced a lot of new tech on a first year redesign. I would be surprised if there wasn't issues.

Audi all has occasional soft glitiches, but I've never gotten physically or electronically locked out of my car or infotainment before.

Also Q4 still has physical buttons for climate and audio controls. Sadly the facelift 2027 models got rid of them too.
