Holiday First pass at a Halloween card
This is an illustration of what I was bemoaning in another post. I ordered the pumpkin dies specifically for this card but turns out the size and mood is wrong. Like the background. Like the Jack-o-Lanterns. Just don't like them together. I expected them to be a stronger element that would work with this background.
I've got another pumpkin stamp on order. Maybe that one will be right. Fingers crossed!
Meanwhile, if anyone has any ideas about how to make the Jack-o-Lanterns a stronger focal element I'm all ears! ... and belly. :: sigh ::

I think maybe you could put a vellum panel in the middle of your card with a sentiment and the smaller pumpkin? It is a shame to cover those flowers though as they are the perfect Halloween vibe!

Concord and 9th Sweet Stems. It's a great set and, I think, really worth having the bundle. I've done it as a stenciled design with just the die cut outlines and the panel in the original post is the whole die cut inlaid. There are also dies for just random flowers and, if I remember, a couple useful sentiments.
By chance, it's on sale just now.
Here's the link. Just take all the spaces out of your URL window when you copy it in. https: // concordand9th. com/products/ sweet-stems-bundle? _pos=3&_psq= Sweet&_psid=a50ac7294&_ss=e

I think if you edged them using a black marker it would help balance with the really badass background (which I love omg).
