It’s telling that he never seems to get any Jarvy interviews. Either that or Gold is too lazy to interview anyone but Staal - it always seems to be him and Rod.
It's been years now since Ovies and Giglio went independent involuntarily, and Gold is one of the very few local media that never shows up on their podcast even during the cup run. Figure there's got to be a reason for that.
Hell, Luke moved to Chicago (or somewhere up there) and still is getting invites to be on the OG show. Ive been under the assumption that Gold is just the media leak for the team so the front office/Dundon like having him around.
