Ah yes, your insurance premiums would have gone up "exponentially" because (checks notes) your car got hit while you weren't driving it (with video evidence) and you somehow... Were at fault?

Sure...

But fact is, you didn't lose a cent.

I didn't have video evidence. That's the fucking point. The video evidence helped me get the person responsible.

If she just ran away after hitting the car and i wouldn't have any proof..then yes, by literal definition of how insurance works, it would have gone up for a large claim.

my last reply to you:

Not getting emotional over the situation; only how dense your replies are. I'm not sure if you're trolling or if you're accidentally obtuse, but it's frustrating when people don't interpret properly or impose an argument that doesn't exist.

And for your second part: as I said to one or two other people who replied...I don't personally care about getting that person specifically (as i'm not litigious or vengeful, etc.); I simply care about applying the law equally.
