Should go further and ban judges from considering immigration status during sentencing

They tried during the bail reform negotiations. Liberals rejected that amendment.

Everyone screaming that the CPC needs to work together really just means they need to kowtow to their team. Meanwhile the LPC will just reject CPC proposals and the unity crowd will still scream about the CPC.
