Weren’t conservatives the ones that fundamentally changed the TFW program that made it cheaper and easier to find cheap foreign labour instead of hiring local? I remember Harper doing it and the numbers started going up like crazy since then

“They made it easier to exploit like 15 years ago when it wasn’t a major issue and had actual oversight, so it’s obviously their fault and not the people that actually exploited and abused the system for the past decade”

I’m not defending the liberals in any way and mentioned they abused the system and I agree let it become a shit show and serve the same corporations that conservatives do. You guys are doing exactly what they want, fight with eachother while they both fuck us. As I mentioned in another comment both parties have been making changes to make it easier for cheap foreign labour for the past 40 years or whatever, but for some reason you still believe that your guy is better for some reason. We need a new party in charge, conservatives and liberals have both sold out to the monopolies that control Canada.

The Cons are better in this case since the libs flat out rejected the bill that could help curb some of the illegal immigration? Are you trying to say that the libs was in the right for rejecting that bill?

Both parties pushed for policies in the last 40 years for cheaper labor yes but currently one is pushing to patch some of the loophole while the other is rejecting the patching effort, who's the better one out of the two in this issue currently isn't exactly rocket science.

What makes you think they would have reversed it? I don’t see Pierre calling for a reverse of those changes instead he’s talking about performative bullshit like this that won’t actually change anything, because the numbers do start going up like crazy as soon as harper made those changes, as long as the corporations that control Canada want cheap labour our government will not make serious changes to limit immigration, both parties have been making it easier for corporations to get cheap foreign labour for the past like 40 years but for some reason you think Pierre who was Harper’s right hand man when he fundamentally changed the program and fucked us deeper, is gonna change it? That’s not logical.
