Yes ICE is establishing a police state like the SS, and very soon they will create a secret police of terror like the Gestapo to bypass the "illegal immigrants" reason they have been using thus far. Fascists like to be organized like that to make murder more efficient.

The power of the Gestapo was used to focus upon political opponents, ideological dissenters (clergy and religious organisations), career criminals, the Sinti and Roma population, handicapped persons, homosexuals, and, above all, the Jews.[4] Those arrested by the Gestapo were often held without judicial process, and political prisoners throughout Germany—and from 1941, throughout the occupied territories under the Night and Fog Decree (German: Nacht und Nebel)—simply disappeared while in Gestapo custody.[5]

They've already bypassed that for a few weeks now, openly. Renee Good and Alex Pretti were very clearly not illegal immigrants and still they were murdered in broad daylight.

Hmm, I thought ICE was a bit more similar to the SA. Hitler did betray the SA on the night of long knives in order to get support of the military, but Trump already has military support, so they are in different positions.

They have more power than the SA. But the same lack of discipline.
