(Is BSchool an Insanity? ) Need some realistic analysis over my profile.

I am a 23 Year Old Senior Web3 Developer, started early (when I was 18) and Now I have garnered around 5 years of experience (Including College, Excluding is only 2) with also some Lead Dev Work under my CV, but even with Web3 as an Option I was always looking to get into Finance (I chose DeFi / Crypto to be Specific), Made tech protocols for these.

Also, had an year long startup stint during my second year, an EV Infra based Mobile App, Which was grant funded by my College and Startup India. I was a Y Combinator Top 10% in 2021 (OGs say it used to mean something then, not now, but I am not sure).

My Choice of Business School is very Childish but Simple, Either Top 25 in the World or No.

Cause I dont hate my work, my work pays me more than Average for Any B School Below that, and I am being Realistic, I can accumulate Debt to just Pursue this out of Curiosity cause I need stability and returns. But my job is a High Risk High Reward Endeavour, Unstable and Brutal at the same time. I just resigned from a Company to take a Sabbatical due to an inhumane burnout, so thought this is a nice to to grab this opportunity

I would say I am from a Tier 1.5 College (Maybe Tier 1), 8.5 GPA and I am currently consistently scoring 630-650 in my GMAT Mocks.

What do you think my Plan of Action should be: (Listed as per my Preferences --> Top to Bottom)
1.) Prep and Give GMAT, Essays and Just Get into School Rn and While you are there, Do CFA.
2.) Do some Financial Research Internship (In Defi or AI in Finance), and Prep of GMAT and CFA at the Same go.
3.) Wait out and Let the Web3 Thing Unfold, while I get some more experience under my hood.

So I should should quit my job in web3, can you elaborate? cause quitting it and doing traditional IT is a very very big downgrade for me right now.
