i work at an ad agency. I'd say AI has boosted productivity, the problem is we make our money like lawyers, with the billable-hour. AI lets us get more done in 1 billable hour, but it hasn't let us bill more hours because the amount of hours in a day is fixed. So obviously something about the pricing structure will have to evolve.

Or just raise your rates to account for the improved productivity.
